iCAN feels pride in its system of continuous development of its team members. One of our learning and development initiative is our recommended syllabus for various tiers within the organization. Completion of this syllabus is one of the criteria for progression within the organizational membership levels. As we are going to be representatives of Islam in the societies and communities we live in, it is essential that we should at least cover these minimum requirements in order to be able to effectively perform the work of Dawah.
